Rush over and pick it up then charge and fire it by following the on screen prompts. Go through the corridor, it will lead you to the next room, which is a save room. The boss is primarily making single swings with his upper limbs. It will be on the right-hand side of the room once you enter it. There is a slim chance i have missed a combination, but these were definitely the regulars.

Get to the door with the knob and enter the Dilapidated Shelter. I can never match the tunes up properly and it always ends up taking a while for me. After entering the bridge, Jill will be attack by Nemesis Stage 2. He shows up early on and again and again throughout the game. Jill's relentless stalker will always sprint across this building and setting off the mine will result in an explosion and him crashing to the ground. When you play them, you'll note that one of them is the correct melody, the other is off key.
